This is my first journey in Hair replacement and I chose to start with Farrell – no doubt I chose the best (as I understand it now). I was filled with anticipation since the day I placed my order till the day (a little more than a month) of actually putting it on (26 March 2013) – I had a lot of questions and doubts in mind. I had more negative anticipation as the information / feedback surrounding the topic of hair replacement starting from what is available over the internet to word of mouth were not convincing. Still, I decided to go with Farrell due to few strong reasons – the courteous / friendly staff at Bangalore center – they answered all my queries with patience, the awesome videos on YouTube from Richard Farrell himself being hands-on with few of his clients – it was impressive as no other company in this field provided that much insight into their products, services and makeover sessions.
More on the Bangalore center – to start with will be Vinod. Excellent person and with skills to match what he says. I am very impressed with the hair cut he has provided me and tailored it to my needs - a style that has no particular hair partition and something that I can manage with minimum combing and do it up mostly with my fingers. On the first day he was very convincing about what he was going to sell plus he was very open about the features of the system.
Subhas – the handyman, knowledgeable in what he does and a great person too. I have learnt a lot from him on how to take care of the system, do and don’ts. He’s indispensible.
Meera – friendly, good front office interaction.
The system feels great to wear – actually, I don’t feel I am wearing anything until I remind myself of it or when I look at my full head of hair in front of the mirror. Perfect is all that I can say J
I have decided to continue with Farrell as the product is great, the interaction with Bangalore center is awesome and there’s a lot of comfort working with them. They are professionals and yet friendly. This is what I wanted.
I will continue to order for Farrell products and with time want to have quite a few systems for myself sporting different styles – Farrell systems are something to boast of!
I already have placed an order for one more system and look forward for it to be a great and a better product than the current one – I should be receiving it in another 2 months from now – it was placed on normal order.
Last but not the least, I have watched all available videos casting Richard and I am very impressed by his skill, dedication on the subject of hair systems, styling, marketing techniques and the product.
I would like to personally thank him if I get a chance or if you can help create that chance for me. You could also provide me with his email address – I would love to write to him about my first experience.
Vinod and Subhas - this was a dream come true and I just can’t thank you guys enough. I look forward to a great association with both of you.
Thanks to Farrell systems – I look good and I feel great inside - I really mean it when I say that I do feel so.

I am completely, totally in love with the systems and all the products. I have had the most wonderful feedback. People are blown away to learn that this is not growing out of my head. And I happily give them all the info to follow up. Hopefully, some of them have.
For the most part, I haven't had need to come into the office as I have a woman who cuts my hair. I do and will continue to come in for the normal maintenance on the pieces but they are really holding up very well so it is probably only a few times a year that they will need any real attention.

I wore the system everyday for the rest of my brief visit to L.A., and felt like a new man wherever I went. Now that I'm back home, I can't wait to see the reaction I get from friends (old & new). I'm sure it will enhance my confidence and self image immensely.

This mail is in regards to the feedback on my system which I got.
I have been wearing this system for about 4 weeks now and I should say - I AM VERY VERY HAPPY..!!!
My personality has been sky high ever since I wore this system. I have never seen

I cannot begin to tell you how many people have come to me since then with various positive comments like, "Something is different and you look 20 years younger", "Wow - you look great", "What did you do - how did you get a transplant so quickly?", "Where did you have this done?", etc....
Quite honestly, my self esteem has gone through the roof and I feel better than I have in a long time about my appearance. The only regret I have is not having consulted with Farrell Hair sooner.

It was truly amazing experience , to use the system of Farrell.Farrell system is unique.I have seen numerous system and experienced the hair bonding system. But Farrell system is unique,as it is easy to use ,very light weight and we feel as if we are having our original hair. I'm absolutely loving my new system. It fits perfect, and looks really natural.
I just want to let you know that I really love my new hair. After watching your videos and commercials all these year I always wondered if it could really be this good. Now I know that your hair systems are the best. After what I call the hair make-over I could not wait to show it off. I went to the Hair Club to make sure that my account was canceled. As I sat in the lobby waiting to speak to the regional manager my hair stylist walked pass me and starred at me with her eyes wide open and said come back to me room. She sat me down, looked at my hair and said: " No freaking way!, look at that hair line" and said "wait right here I want our new manager to see"
Soon I was surrounded with 4 hair club employees and one manager, I swear Richard I was honey and they were a bunch of bees. They looked, circled around my hair, I heard the mmm, the wow, the awesome and what a hair line. Tony is my backup hair stylish, he look me straight in the eye and said: "Ray you look awesome" Soon the regional manager walked in and they said to her, "look at Ray's new hair" I went into the regional managers office and she commented that my hair looked fantastic.
Finally I went to the front desk to work out my schedule and a girl who I usually joke with from Hair Club ask me who did my hair and I said Richard Farrell. She looked puzzled since no one by that name worked there. She said: who is he? I told her in Spanish that you are from another company. She ask me where can she find you. I told her your website and she asked me to write it down for her.
Wow, I must say that I did not expect this type of response. The hair was so good that they really could not hold back their true feelings.

I LOVE my hair. Everyone back here loves it. My sister and best friend who would definitely tell me what they think (always have and always will!) were stunned! I went to show each of them separately and they had no words! After a minute or so, they started looking at my hairline ( I only told them that I was getting extensions) and then they just couldn't tell me enough how "cool" my hair looked. They got real close and were studying my scalp to the point where I said, "c'mon, back off". They couldn't find a flaw! I work with 3 engineers who I fully expected to give me a hard time. Thanks for getting me into your salon so quickly for my cut-in! It looks great and I felt really funny initially, but now I'm getting more comfortable and becoming more proud of the choice I made!
I'm still having some difficulty removing and placing back on. Besides the shampoo and conditioner, how should I clean the system. The front part "lace" begins to get dirty, so which cleaning agent do I use and tell me once more how to clean it.
I also do not think I'm using enough blue glue because it gets a little loose after a day. One more question, is the clear glue the best for the front lace area instead of the blue glue?

I apologize for taking so long to finally get around to this, but I wanted to thank all of you for everything that you’ve done for me over the past 6 weeks. Being new to the whole ‘hair replacement’ arena, I can’t say enough about the patience and kindness you’ve shown me during this process. It’s really hard to explain how life changing it has been to finally have confidence about my appearance again. Now that I’m finally through having to ‘reintroduce myself’ to my family and close friends, I can’t imagine going back to the way that I used to look. Hi Richard! We started rehearsals yesterday and I want to share with you what all went down because I obviously had to tell them about my hair:
1.) My hair dresser could not believe that I was wearing hair and she has worked in the film industry here in new york for many years. She said it was the best she has ever seen!
2.) The stage makeup team could not believe in how non detectable my hair is.
3.) Three hours of dancing and the new adhesive helped. Tackying it with my finger seemed to make it hold, even though I was sweating a lot. Woops, women don't sweat, they perspire.
4.) When we watched the video to see our synchs, I watched myself and my hair and my hair does act like it did before. I am so happy! I think you should think about telling the stage world of what you do because they have not seen this type of level of work.
I know that having my beautiful hair helped me to land this job because when I look pretty, I feel pretty and act pretty. My dancing never has held me back like my feelings have in the past. I have Laura and you to thank.
I do hope you come to the show in three weeks if you are here in New York. If you are going to be in town, let me know
