I just want to let you know that I really love my new hair. After watching your videos and commercials all these year I always wondered if it could really be this good. Now I know that your hair systems are the best. After what I call the hair make-over I could not wait to show it off. I went to the Hair Club to make sure that my account was canceled. As I sat in the lobby waiting to speak to the regional manager my hair stylist walked pass me and starred at me with her eyes wide open and said come back to me room. She sat me down, looked at my hair and said: " No freaking way!, look at that hair line" and said "wait right here I want our new manager to see"
Soon I was surrounded with 4 hair club employees and one manager, I swear Richard I was honey and they were a bunch of bees. They looked, circled around my hair, I heard the mmm, the wow, the awesome and what a hair line. Tony is my backup hair stylish, he look me straight in the eye and said: "Ray you look awesome" Soon the regional manager walked in and they said to her, "look at Ray's new hair" I went into the regional managers office and she commented that my hair looked fantastic.
Finally I went to the front desk to work out my schedule and a girl who I usually joke with from Hair Club ask me who did my hair and I said Richard Farrell. She looked puzzled since no one by that name worked there. She said: who is he? I told her in Spanish that you are from another company. She ask me where can she find you. I told her your website and she asked me to write it down for her.
Wow, I must say that I did not expect this type of response. The hair was so good that they really could not hold back their true feelings.

Thanks for getting me into your salon so quickly for my cut-in! It looks great and I felt really funny initially, but now I'm getting more comfortable and becoming more proud of the choice I made!
I'm still having some difficulty removing and placing back on. Besides the shampoo and conditioner, how should I clean the system. The front part "lace" begins to get dirty, so which cleaning agent do I use and tell me once more how to clean it.
I also do not think I'm using enough blue glue because it gets a little loose after a day. One more question, is the clear glue the best for the front lace area instead of the blue glue?
Thanks so much and I'm very happy and excited, just need in a learning phase!!!! Tell Mr. Farrell how much I do appreciate him as well.

I apologize for taking so long to finally get around to this, but I wanted to thank all of you for everything that you’ve done for me over the past 6 weeks. Being new to the whole ‘hair replacement’ arena, I can’t say enough about the patience and kindness you’ve shown me during this process. It’s really hard to explain how life changing it has been to finally have confidence about my appearance again. Now that I’m finally through having to ‘reintroduce myself’ to my family and close friends, I can’t imagine going back to the way that I used to look. I have been through so many companies and I have never had anyone listen to me like you did and take measures to resolve my concerns. Hi Richard! We started rehearsals yesterday and I want to share with you what all went down because I obviously had to tell them about my hair:
1.) My hair dresser could not believe that I was wearing hair and she has worked in the film industry here in new york for many years. She said it was the best she has ever seen!
2.) The stage makeup team could not believe in how non detectable my hair is.
3.) Three hours of dancing and the new adhesive helped. Tackying it with my finger seemed to make it hold, even though I was sweating a lot. Woops, women don't sweat, they perspire.
4.) When we watched the video to see our synchs, I watched myself and my hair and my hair does act like it did before. I am so happy! I think you should think about telling the stage world of what you do because they have not seen this type of level of work.
I know that having my beautiful hair helped me to land this job because when I look pretty, I feel pretty and act pretty. My dancing never has held me back like my feelings have in the past. I have Laura and you to thank.
I do hope you come to the show in three weeks if you are here in New York. If you are going to be in town, let me know

Richard & Laura, my new hair is awesome! I cant believe how much more invisible it is than my other two systems which were the best I had ever worn. This new glue is awesome too! Thank you for making the time to cut in my hair system on such short notice and for making sure the hair was ready for my Dad's wedding.
